Become A Trainee is a website with a complete list of qualitative young graduate programmes, offered in the Benelux.
Companies offering such a program are listed on our website for free. Your company is one of them (or offered a graduat program in the near past)!
Young graduates register on the Become A Trainee website for free and can create a profile. Currently we have over 2200 registered users.
In order for you to improve your graduate program we are organising a survey to distil best practices and pitfalls.
This survey is an international study on graduate programmes and traineeships – The graduate programme and traineeship Report 2010.
For the majority of companies the war of talent is ubiquitous. Therefore offering an optimal career start is indispensable.
Through this research we try to have a concrete understanding of the important success factors that separate qualitative programmes from the ordinary ones.

The result is an extensive overview on the best practices. Your contribution as one of our target companies is highly appreciated.
Therefore we offer you a free extract of the survey results when your trainees participate to the survey. The survey will take no longer than 15-20 minutes per person and is completely online.
You can register your trainees and we will personally invite them to participate in June.
